Beverly MFG. CO., INC. is fully committed to compliance with the Global Automotive Declarable Substance List (GADSL), developed by the Global Automotive Stakeholders Group (GASG) to identify substances relevant to the automotive industry that must be declared or are prohibited in automotive products.

Scope of Certification

This certificate applies specifically to all Inductors, Transformers, Coils, and other components manufactured and supplied by Beverly MFG. CO., INC. intended for use in automotive applications.

Declaration

Based on comprehensive evaluations of supplier material declarations, safety data sheets (SDS), raw material documentation, and thorough assessments of our manufacturing processes, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. certifies that:

1. Products supplied do not contain GADSL-prohibited substances above regulated thresholds as defined in the latest edition of the GADSL.

2. Beverly MFG. CO., INC. provides accurate disclosure of any GADSL-declarable substances present in supplied products in accordance with customer requirements, international automotive standards, and relevant regulations.

3. All products supplied for automotive applications meet applicable global regulatory obligations and industry standards, including but not limited to REACH, ELV Directive, and GADSL requirements.

Transparency and Supply Chain Monitoring

Beverly MFG. CO., INC. requires upstream suppliers to provide detailed material declarations and maintain transparency regarding the presence of GADSL-listed substances. We conduct regular reviews of supplier information and our own manufacturing processes to ensure continued compliance.
